Beer Experiment Thursday, October 15th, 2009
The American Blonde that I brewed on October 10th is moving to the secondary fermentation tank today. This is my first racking experience, so it should be a challenge to get it to move from the primary bucket into the secondary carboy without any oxidation. Fun!
